Arbor Week is here in Portland April 4-9, 2001.

As I am planning to attend events around town to celebrate Arbor Week, I am reminded of this quote.

"It is well that you should celebrate your Arbor Day thoughtfully, for within your lifetime the nation's need of trees will become serious.
